  • What is your photo editing style?
With my background in film photography, I choose very minimal editing that is inspired by film and cinema. It is neither airy nor moody; it is more timeless and true-to-color.
  • How long have you been a photographer?
My love for photography started when I was 13. I have studied and have been doing it as a hobby and second shooting for others, before starting my own business in spring of 2024.
  • What do you use to do content creation?
I shoot all the content creation videos on either my specialized content creation camera (Osmo pocket 3), or my iPhone Pro (which is the industry standard). It allows for the quick turn-around time, and the format is compatible with all the social media platforms they are meant to be shared on.
  • Do you process your own film?
Although I did for many years while studying the art of photography, I currently use an established lab to process my film.
  • What services does ADR Captures offer?
ADR Captures offers film and digital photography services, analog + digital video services (including super 8 + camcorder footage), social media content creation for events and weddings, as well as business branding photography + content creation.
  • How soon can I expect photos?
-For weddings: 1 week for sneak peeks + 6-8 weeks for a full gallery -For portraits, engagements + family sessions : 2-5 weeks. -For corporate events: 1 week for sneak peeks + 2-4 weeks.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I will work with you as needed, however, a 50% or $500 deposit is due at time of booking (whichever is less) + full payment is due 30 days before the day of the event.
  • Why is anything related to a wedding much more expensive than a different kind of event?
Because it's not just any day. It is a lifetime milestone that has been long-awaited. Photographing a wedding is not for the faint of heart. One has to have the adequate gear and technical skills to make sure there is a back up in case something doesn't go as planned and that often comes with a higher investment in equipment. Additionally, much more time is put into editing a gallery of 100's of photographs vs a small photoshoot or more informal event. (for example, unless its really distracting, I am not removing an exit sign from a corporate event party photo, but will 100% do it for a wedding with no hesitation).
